Executive Headteacher Report and Programme

As schools engage with the current economic climate and shrinking budgets, a number of schools are considering some form of federated structure with an executive head teacher with overall responsibility.  This new role will include some unique challenges and so in an effort to be proactive BPSI has commissioned Miranda Perry to research and report on what makes a successful school federation or multi academy trust.  The report concludes with a proposal for training for colleagues considering executive headship.  BPSI has decided to commission this training which will begin this term.
